Emily Griffin

Emily is the managing estate planning attorney with Oath in Denver, where her favorite part of the job is connecting with clients and ensuring they feel confident and secure in their estate planning decisions. Originally from Phoenix, she graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and a minor in History before attending law school at the University of Denver, where she fell in love with Colorado and decided to make it home. A member of the Colorado Bar Association, Emily is passionate about helping families protect what matters most and creating personalized plans that bring peace of mind. When she’s not working with clients, Emily enjoys cooking, experimenting with makeup, playing volleyball, and curating the perfect Spotify playlists.
